After the production of all tires are placed in the inspection area, there are quality inspection personnel inspection, mainly check whether there is any defect in the appearance of the tire, whether there are jumpers, sulfur deficiency, bubbles and so on. Laboratory personnel will regularly assemble the tire hub after wear test. Any appearance and intrinsic quality problems of tires will be screened out as defective series.
Motorcycle tyres inspection
All motorcycle inner tubes, bicycle inner tubes, truck inner tubes and rickshaw inner tubes will not be tested in different areas after vulcanization. After charging for 24 hours, check whether there is air leakage, joint cracking, lack of glue, bubbling... Unqualified products can be checked out to include unqualified products.
Inner tubes inspection
Car tires and truck tires inspection is mainly through automatic X-ray scanning inspection, any unqualified products, equipment will automatically alarm and unqualified products with conveyor belt to the unqualified area storage. The same quality inspection department will regularly take samples for wear resistance test, speed test. Any failure to meet the national standards will immediately stop production and check the production formula and comprehensive product process, until the production standards can be put back on line.
